Shipping policy

All items on our site are handmade and custom. Requiring time to produce, pack, ship, and add carrier transit times. Each item has a unique note showing the days or weeks it will take to make and process your order. 

For example if an item says "Takes 3-6 weeks to make and ship". This means the order will ship within 3-6 weeks of the date the order was made by customer and then add carrier transit days, then order will deliver. 

Marked Shipped.

Once an order is marked shipped please track your item to ensure delivery. On average orders take 3-5 business days to arrive once marked shipped. This can change on weather and carrier work hours. Residential and Commercial hours of operation.

Need by Dates

We do our best to get the order to you by a certain date if requested. This is NOT a guarantee. This is courtesy we offer. Please make sure and have back up plans in case your item does not arrive by the date needed. We do not control carriers or the weather conditions that cause delays.
